Time is the most precious resource that we all have. Out of respect for our patients who have signed up for the waiting list, and for our doctors, we kindly ask you to get acquainted with our new regulations that will come into force in January 1st, 2024.
If your plans have changed and you don’t have the possibility to come for the appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us about this before 6pm of the previous day.
If you inform us later than 6pm of the previous day, you will need to pay 50% of the price of the procedure, and if you have a certificate, the full amount will be subtracted from your certificate.
For your convenience the administrators of the Center will always remind you about your appointment before 6pm of the previous day. And of course we will understand it if you have accidentally fallen ill, or if another unexpected force majeure situation has happened.
We also kindly ask you to keep in mind that the period of time that you are late for will be subtracted from the time of your session without changing the price of the procedure.
