Causes of headaches are varied.

For example, disorders in the cervical spine or non-physiological position of the sacrum, which occurs as a result of trauma, operations, a sedentary lifestyle.

How are the sacrum and headaches connected?

The head and sacrum are connected by a dura mater. The misalignment of the sacrum creates a traction in the dura, which is felt throughout. Venous sinuses are also involved in this process, which means that venous outflow from the cranial cavity is disturbed, which manifests itself as a headache.

Neck: a change in the position of one of the cervical vertebrae affects blood flow in the vertebral arteries, leading to dizziness or headache.
